What You Can Expect


CB Coaching is a 6-month program designed to bring clarity and accountability to your life through goal setting, guidance, and individualized instruction. In our first introduction meeting we will discuss your goals and make a plan to support your success, as well as determine our meeting schedule that fits your schedule. Going forward, we will meet bi-weekly for one-hour.

Meet Your Coach

I have over 25 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, and executive level roles and more than 10 years experience coaching small business owners, entrepreneurs and executives in multiple areas including personal and professional growth, sales process improvement, business planning, and discipline, organization, and perseverance to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Community involvement is also very important to me, I’m always looking for additional ways to support Warren, Montgomery, and surrounding counties. I am currently serving as a board member for several small businesses and as a trusted business advisor. I am also the Founder and Director of Have a Heart Foundation-awarding scholarships to Sinclair students in the First Responder Program (EMT/EMS/Police), Volunteers at Colins Lodge and has been nominated for LLS Women of the Year.

-BS in Finance and Marketing, Master of Arts from the University of Dayton, and International Coach Federation/College of Executive Coaching

-Recently completed Strategic Sales Management at Harvard Business Professional Development

  • Everyone can use a fresh point of view. Did you know that, on average, 95% of people who use a coach increase their sales by 1.5X or more? Whether you are looking to increase your sales or find better work-life balance, a coach can help you become your best self.

    A coach will develop, guide, assist and support your ongoing performance. They will implement an effective feedback process to direct or redirect your efforts and behaviors. Do you know which of your habits are constructive and which impede your success? A coach will help you maximize the hours in your day and teach you how to hold yourself accountable for progress against your personally tailored goals.

  • $100/mo for 2 sessions, billed monthly to your Broker bill

  • In order to build rapport, our first meeting will be in person either at a Coldwell Banker office or another public location of your choosing (e.g., Starbucks, Panera, etc.).

    After the first meeting, sessions can be held via Zoom (with cameras turned on). Using the camera ensures both you and your coach are 100% focused on you.

  • Initially, you will have a one-hour session every other week for six months, for a total of 12 sessions. It takes time to analyze a situation, set goals, understand behaviors and make measurable progress…and you’re worth it.

  • Sessions should be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance via the calendar invitation or via text to the coach.

    We understand that sometimes customers need to come first and will address cancellations on a one-off basis, as needed.

  • To schedule your introduction session, click here to get started. In our introductory session, we will determine schedule for future sessions.

  • Coaching sessions are typically spaced out in this manner to provide enough time for you to work on key behaviors and goals in between checkpoints.

  • Yes, the sessions are 100% confidential except for the unusual case where your coach believes there is a potential for you to harm yourself or others. You and your coach will sign a confidentiality agreement.

  • Your sales manager helps you navigate the core aspects of your day and guides you on real estate matters, such as listing a property, setting up a contract, how to secure financing, and so on. As your coach I will help you define both personal and professional goals…and hold you accountable. Together we may discuss cold calling strategies, time management, personal branding, new opportunity development or communication skills. A coach is there to help you overcome obstacles, leverage existing tools and take you to the next level.
